When configuring a Power Platform instance, a “basic” security role is needed
which when assigned allows users to log in.
One of the ways to do this is to copy one of the existing security roles e.g. Customer Representative
and then amend it.
However, Microsoft has provided us with a minimum privilege security role solution
which contains a security role that does just that.
So, that’s the way to start about refining your “basic” security role.
